The CAST is an inclusive volunteer programme established in 2018, supported by Newcastle College, that plays a vital role in ensuring Newcastle Falcons match days run smoothly. Volunteers perform various roles such as wayfinding, ticket scanning, resolving ticket issues, and assisting with the Newcastle Rugby Foundation Flutter Match Day Draw. Their contributions create a welcoming and organised experience for spectators.
