This isn’t your average hike. It’s Meet Your Mountain: The Rugby Battle. Raising funds for the work of the Foundation and Restart, the official Players’ Charity.
16–19 October 2025. 6 teams of retired rugby legends (with over 3,000 appearances for club and country) will take on Chamonix for two epic days of mountain climbing and endurance – and they need your help.
Each team will face off against one another, competing to top the leaderboard, raise the most money, and conquer the Alps.
They have two days to complete the full challenge, going as far and as high as they can. They will climb 4,000m of altitude (1.5 times the total elevation of the British Three Peaks) and complete a 60km ultramarathon on rugged alpine trails.
