Our Health and Wellbeing Programmes

Walking Rugby
Walking Rugby is a fantastic way to stay active and connected to the game you love, especially if you’ve played rugby before.
This slower-paced, non-contact version of the sport is perfect for those looking to re-engage with rugby in a more relaxed and accessible format. Played on half a pitch, participants must walk throughout the game, making it ideal for maintaining fitness without the intensity of traditional rugby.
Whether you’re returning to the sport after time away or simply looking for a new way to stay active, Walking Rugby promotes physical and mental well-being in a welcoming, social environment. It’s also a great opportunity to relive the camaraderie of rugby while enjoying the game’s core values of teamwork, respect, and fun.
