Newcastle Rugby Foundation has launched a new Workplace Wellbeing programme, designed to help businesses across the North East support the health and wellbeing of their employees.
Recognising the growing importance of physical activity, mental wellbeing and healthier workplace habits, the Foundation’s new “Fit as a Bull – Wellbeing at Work” offer provides organisations with practical, engaging ways to support their teams.
Delivered by the Foundation’s specialist Health & Wellbeing Officer, the programme brings expert guidance directly into the workplace.
What Businesses Can Book
For £500, organisations can book a three-hour workplace wellbeing visit which includes a mix of activities designed to support healthier lifestyles.
Sessions can include:

- An optional group activity, such as a wellbeing walk, circuit session or introductory tag rugby
The Foundation will also signpost staff to ongoing community wellbeing opportunities, helping individuals continue their journey beyond the workplace session.
