From inspiring young people in schools and creating inclusive opportunities to play, to strengthening local clubs and delivering community events, our work uses the power of rugby to build confidence, connection and opportunity.
We are looking for passionate, practical and values-led people to join us in three key roles:
Community Development Officer – County Durham
This is a brilliant opportunity for an energetic coach and community development professional to help more people discover and enjoy rugby.
You will deliver engaging sessions in schools, colleges, community groups and rugby clubs; help create clear pathways from school into local clubs; support holiday camps and coach development; and build strong local partnerships across County Durham.

Education and Inclusive Rugby Officer
Our Education and Inclusive Rugby Officer will help ensure that rugby is genuinely for everyone.
The role will deliver rugby-themed education programmes in schools, supporting inclusive opportunities for young people of all backgrounds and abilities. You will work with schools, clubs, teachers, coaches, volunteers and community partners to create positive experiences that help participants thrive.
This is a chance to combine a love of rugby with a commitment to inclusion, education and the belief that every young person should have the opportunity to belong.

Our new Administration Assistant will work closely with the CEO and wider team to keep the Foundation running smoothly. From supporting schools, clubs, participants, partners and supporters, to coordinating camps, festivals, events, fundraising, data and impact reporting, this role will be central to how we deliver high-quality work across the region.
It is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys making things happen, building relationships and helping a small, ambitious charity achieve more.
